We specialize in compliance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA.) Since its implementation, we have been pro-active in developing an expertise regarding the ACA mandates, and staying current with the continuous on-going changes in the law. We send-out e-mail alerts to our clients with important information about the many requirements so that our clients fulfill the mandates, including the Employer Shared Responsibility (ESR) penalty. We devote a significant amount of time providing information that will be helpful in avoiding employer fines- which apply to BOTH small groups (under 50) and large groups with 50+ employees.



Currently, we are developing an employee Benefits Dashboard. This is a portal where employees can obtain all the required ACA Notifications, carrier enrollment forms, information about their covered benefits, and much more- 24/7, 365 days a year. The Affordable Care Act mandates that employers provide this information within 14 days of a new hire and during your annual open enrollment period. Our new website will keep our clients in compliance and help avoid penalties. In addition, the Benefits Dashboard will reduce your in-house labor costs by decreasing staff time devoted to employee benefits and insurance.
